Early Snow

I don't remember the last time it snowed this early.
This is what it looks like out the bedroom window.
We are blessed to have a whole birch forest at the
back of the house. The trees haven't even shed
all their leaves yet, but I think
the snow will speed the process.
I think I'm going to work on some writing today.

  1. Oh wow -- how pretty! We haven't had our first snowfall here yet, but I imagine it's only a matter of time. Beautiful picture, Doda!

  2. Oh so many posts I've missed!

    Must catch up....

I tried to plant a silver birch grove in all of our Perth gardens, but the hot dry climate keeled them all over.

You are so lucky to have such beautiful trees at your back door.

And SNOW! Just how long would a snowflake last up here in the Tropics???

    Cheers

  3. This is so very beautiful. Envy!

Looking at it makes me breath differently.

The one and only country I have ever wanted to leave the US to see is Scotland. More envy! Hope to see a lot of photographs.

Welcome to the team. I have added a link from your blog to mine.
